Williamstown High School welcomed approximately 750 students in grades 9–12 for this year's "A Night in Rio" Homecoming Dance on Saturday evening! Dressed up and ready to enjoy a night with friends, students filled the school with music, laughter, and excitement.

The celebration took place across both cafeterias, the courtyard, and the Wigwam area. With a DJ, food, dancing, and photo booths, students had a chance to spend time together in a setting quite different from their usual school day. Whether they were on the dance floor, taking group pictures, or catching up between songs, the evening was full of the little moments that make these celebrations memorable.

It's easy to get caught up in the busy pace of the school year, which makes evenings like this especially welcome. Students had a chance to relax, enjoy each other's company, and share an experience that many will look back on as a favorite part of high school.

A special thank-you to Student Council advisors Mrs. Gazo and Mr. Brooke, along with the entire WHS Student Council, for the creativity, planning, and hard work that went into putting the dance together.

We're also grateful to the WHS administrators, teachers, and staff who gave their Saturday evening to volunteer, supervise, and help everything run smoothly. Bringing hundreds of students together for a celebration like this takes a lot of work behind the scenes, and we appreciate everyone who showed up for our students.
