Dear Monroe Township Community,

Today, at approximately 1:20 PM, WHS, WMS, Oak Knoll, and Holly Glen were placed in a "secure" status, restricting entry and exit from the buildings due to police activity in the area of S. Main Street. These schools will remain in this status until regular dismissal times. The Monroe Township Police Department has remained in close communication with district administration and will provide an increased presence during dismissal to ensure a safe transition for all students.

Please be aware that with the exception of away athletic games and Kids Choice, all district student activities are cancelled for today.

Any questions regarding the situation should be directed toward the Monroe Township Police Department.
