School Meals and Summer EBT Applications
SCHOOL MEALS AND SUMMER EBT APPLICATION
Monroe Township Public Schools offers healthy school meals every school day.
The 2025-2026 online application packet can be completed online at https://mealapp.lunchtimesoftware.net/.
- To access the online application, you will need your student’s ID number (often associated as PIN number).
- Paper copies can be found online by visiting https://monroetwp.k12.nj.us/ or by calling your child’s school. We strongly recommend you complete the online application.
- Paper copies will also be sent home the first week of school. Only one application should be completed and returned per household.
- An application can be submitted at any time throughout the school year.
- All prior year School Meal and Summer EBT applications will expire as of October 15, 2025.
- We encourage families to complete an application for Free or Reduced-Priced meals as it is also used to determine eligibility for future Summer EBT benefits and state funding.
- If you do not wish to apply for meal benefits, you do not need to submit an application.
- If you have received a Direct Certification letter of eligibility, you do not need to complete or return a School Meals and Summer EBT application for that specified student. If you have additional students residing in your household, please contact Café Support at cafesupport@monroetwp.k12.nj.us for assistance on the extension of meal benefits for other students residing in your home.
