To ensure we are communicating effectively and transparently, and in alignment with our goals as a PTO, we wanted to ensure everyone had access to our Letter of Incorporation, Constitution, Bylaws (past and present), and Code of Conduct. We will be reviewing these documents annually with the help of a committee.
We also want to provide you with our minutes from our General Member Meetings along with our Treasurer Reports. We hope this provides you with a better understanding of our business practices along with where your fundraising dollars go.
We have also created a more formal process for our General Member Meetings. We will be following Robert's Rules of Orders in running our meetings. This means there will be a format to how we run the meetings and when specific items are discussed. Following the meetings, everyone will receive a pdf of the meeting minutes via email.
